Lisa came on board six months prior to the Bistro opening to help us get things ready. With many years experience in the food industry, we knew we had the right person. Prior to coming with us, Lisa was Manager of an Amazon Café. And before that Lisa owned her own deli.

Lisa is definitely the face of Tower Bistro. She prides herself on knowing each and every customer that walks into the Bistro. And pretty much knows what they order and has half of the order made before they even get to the order counter! Make sure to ask for the Cosgrove Club and you'll have lunch AND dinner with the size of the sandwich!

With a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University , Erica sure knows her stuff! From her daily pasta salad creations to the housemade soups, Erica is always creating something new in the kitchen. Erica's past experience has brought her from Brasserie Perrier to Tower Bistro.

You'll know Erica when you see her - she will be the colorful one zipping about behind the food line making sure your food is prepared and ready for you in seconds!

Joyce is the friendly face taking your order and ringing you out each day.  With many years of food service experience, Joyce definitely knows how to serve her customers and does it well!  And you might even be called "hon" or "mommy" by her!

Joyce is a "meat and potato" kind of gal!  But she can still help you make a decision on those days when you just don't know what you want for lunch! 

In her short time with us, Gina has created her own special sandwich, the Gina Special! One day Gina was making her own lunch and a customer walked in, saw what she was making and asked her to make one for him. Make sure to stop in and ask for the Gina Special!

Prior to working for Tower Bistro, Gina spent four years in the arts as a Prop Artist. Her creativity shows through daily as our "chalkboard artist".

Mary is one of our cashiers and a new mommy! She comes to us with 4 years of restaurant experience. Her favorite dish to prepare at home is rice and beans. She also prepares homemade baby food for her son. Mary has one of those infectious personalities that keeps you coming back each day to see her!

Sharón is a recent Culinary Arts graduate of Opportunities Industrialization Center . She is a self proclaimed food connoisseur and loves making her special turkey meatloaf at home. She hopes to attend Pastry Chef School in Spain and go on to owning her own bakery one day. Sharón's smile will definitely brighten your day as she takes your order or grills up your Panini!

Carlos is one of Tower Bistro’s cashiers but do not be surprised if you see him running around doing a little bit of everything! Carlos’ favorite hobby is music; he says he has quite the collection--over 500 songs on his I pod! Don’t be surprised if you see him humming along with every song that plays in the Bistro when you come in to see us!

Malik is the man behind the grill getting the food out hot and fresh. He comes to Tower Bistro with over five years of food service experience. Since working here he enjoys just about everything on the menu but really prefers the Rib-Eye Cheesesteak but will eat the Tower Ranch any day! Malik hopes to one day train as a chef and work his own restaurant.
